You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and help create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, always treating them with the dignity and respect they deserve.In this role, you will:Provide personal care and support to our residents.Assist with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal times.Foster a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment.Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and colleagues.Support residents in living fulfilling and independent lives.About You:While qualifications such as an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care are advantageous, what we value most is your compassion, dedication, and genuine interest in connecting with our residents and their families.
