As Director of Quality Assurance and Operations, you will guide the quality strategy and operational performance for the structural heart portfolio. You will oversee the quality management system, ensure alignment with UK and international regulatory expectations and lead continuous improvement across production, supplier oversight and product lifecycle activities. The role is highly visible, partnering closely with R&D, regulatory and clinical teams to secure reliable product delivery and support sustained growth.
