What We’re Looking For We’re ideally seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with over 3 years of experience, including at least one year practicing in the UK. The right candidate will have a genuine passion for early diagnostics, strong commitment to following through on treatment plans, and a drive for continuous clinical development. You’ll be responsible for delivering preventive care, diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions, and managing cases with care and consistency. A strong focus on pet wellbeing is essential. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and thrives as part of a close-knit, supportive team that includes both clinical and non-clinical colleagues. Our team currently includes 4 Veterinary Surgeons and 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs). We are proud of the strong support and training we provide to students, many of whom have gone on to join us permanently after qualifying. We’re committed to continuous professional development (CPD) at all levels, always looking for new ways to support skill development across the team. Currently, two of our vets are pursuing certificates, with our Head Vet, Laura, working towards Advanced Veterinary Practitioner (AVP) status. Additionally, four of our six nurses are actively working toward certification in their chosen areas. Our team brings a broad range of specialities, and we actively support ongoing education to expand both clinical skills and the services we provide. Our nursing team is not only friendly and supportive but also brings a wealth of experience, with a good balance of years in practice. We’re also backed by a strong, capable reception team of five, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of our surgery and an excellent customer experience.
