Job Description Job Title: Bakery Supervisor Location: South West, UK Reports to: Factory Manager Salary: £25,000–£30,000 (depending on experience) About the Role We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on Bakery Supervisor to support the Factory Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day production within our bakery / factory. This role carries significant ownership over ingredients preparation, mixing, baking, production flow, packaging and courier dispatch. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of operations, consistent product quality, and efficient workflow across the production team.
