Our Health in Justice service line is expanding into non‑custodial healthcare, delivering a person‑centred approach to mental health and neurodiversity requirements and redirecting individuals to the most appropriate care pathways. This position is based in South Yorkshire, at our main office in Doncaster. Hours: Monday – Friday: core office hours. Salary: £33,854 – £38,444 full time. Legal right to work in the UK is required and offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks. What You’ll Be Doing Manage paid staff and volunteers who have lived experience of the criminal justice system Develop and deliver peer mentor training to prospective volunteers Ensure Service User Engagement is embedded into all aspects of service delivery Work alongside senior leadership teams to maintain the integral role of lived experience in the services we offer Report to the Regional Service User Engagement Lead How We’ll Support You Bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training course Competency framework Regional and national career development opportunities Our bespoke Learning Management System to address your learning needs Support from the wider team What We’ll Look For in You Practice Plus Group is the UK’s leading independent provider of NHS services to over 40,000 patients in secure environments.
