In this role, you will be responsible not only for resourcing top talent for our clients but also for developing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving the growth of the business while managing the full recruitment cycle. Key Responsibilities : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer management. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Proactively identify and secure new clients to grow the business. Source, attract, and engage high‑quality candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and networking. Provide an exceptional service experience for both clients and candidates. Support administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate databases and preparing reports. Qualifications & Attributes : GCSEs in English and Maths. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and proactive. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. High attention to detail. Sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
