We're on the hunt for an energetic, ambitious, and innovative Field Sales Executive to join the NetXL team. If you're passionate about meeting new people and building relationships; and you love the excitement of closing deals, this role is for you

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Find & Win New Business – Prospect leads, book meetings and introduce our innovative solutions.
  • Be the face of NetXL – Get out there and connect with potential customers in industries like Electrical Wholesale, DIY Retail, Energy & Renewables, Property Development, and more.
  • Own Your Pipeline – Manage leads from first contact to close. You're in control of your sales journey.
  • Build Trusted Relationships – Become the go-to contact for key decision-makers.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Full UK Driving Licence – You'll be on the move, meeting customers face-to-face.
  • Great People Skills – You're confident, approachable, and know how to engage and influence different personalities.
  • Motivation & Ambition – You're proactive, competitive, and laser-focused on smashing targets.
  • A Sales-Driven Mindset – Previous sales experience is a bonus, but we care more about your energy, attitude, and desire to learn.
