This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strategic planning, and strong leadership skills to ensure the efficient maintenance of equipment, strict adherence to regulatory standards, and the fostering of a culture centred on safety and continuous improvement. The Workshop Foreman serves as a linchpin in driving operational excellence and upholding the company's unwavering commitment to delivering superior service. OVERVIEW OF ACCOUNTABILITIES Supervision and Technical Support Servicing, Examination, and Testing of Lifting Equipment Ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory standards Cultivating a safety-first culture within the workshop Potential requirement to participate in the breakdown service for maintenance/repair of equipment outside office hours. Ensuring correct administrative completion. Collaborating with various departments to understand the customer requirements Co-responsibility for order and tidiness in the workshop. Any other work relating to the workshop. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Preferably certification up to LEEA (or equivalent) Machines Powered Full Driving License Command of the English language both orally and in writing.
