We work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with teams across the company, utilizing secure‑by‑design principles, enabling innovation, safeguarding trust, and supporting the people who make life‑changing technology possible. This role can be based out of the following locations - Athenry, Ireland, Bracknell, United Kingdom, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, Mainz, Germany, and Vilnius, Lithuania. Responsibilities You administer and monitor global security systems (e.g., Genetec, access control, visitor management, etc.). You provide direct and/or indirect support for system issues, escalating to vendors or integrators when necessary. You apply system updates, patches, and ensure compliance with IT standards. You research emerging technologies (e.g., AI, analytics, cloud‑based security, IoT, etc.) and contribute recommendations to enhance efficiency and resilience. You assist with deployments, upgrades and new site rollouts in support of global expansion efforts. You support onboarding/offboarding processes and access credential management. You collaborate with IT, Facilities, and Security Operations to ensure seamless integration and compliance with standards and regulations. You support compliance initiatives by ensuring configurations align with policies and standards. You travel both domestically and internationally, as needed, for site visits, deployments, vendor coordination, and global project support. You manage and support global security systems, including access control and visitor management, ensuring system health, compliance, and integration with IT and Facilities. You apply updates, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors, contributing to global expansion through deployments and site rollouts. You also research emerging technologies to enhance system performance and support access management, compliance, and international operations. Requirements You must have demonstrated knowledge of Genetec Security Centre or an equivalent technology, with an understanding of identity/automation platforms. You must have knowledge of cloud solutions, APIs, and system integrations. You must have familiarity with security/IT frameworks, such as ISO 27001. You must be aware of ONVIF and interoperability standards for cameras and access control. You must have strong problem‑solving, customer service and communication skills. You must have a bachelor’s degree in security, IT or related discipline from an accredited institution. You should have professional certifications (e.g., Genetec Certified, CSSI, ISC2, CompTIA, etc.) or other vendor‑related credentials from an accredited organization. You should be an active member of relevant security communities (e.g., ASIS, etc.) to stay current on best practices and industry standards. Benefits A front‑row seat to life‑changing CGM technology. Travel 15-25% Experience and Education Requirements Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5‑8 years related experience or a Master’s degree and 2‑5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0‑2 years experience.
