Specialising in both new and used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to deliver Lookers' first-class customer service.As part of our hardworking sales team, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with colleagues and customers. You will join one of the top automotive retailers in the UK and report to the Sales Manager, who will support your professional growth and skill development. Our onsite Sales Team includes two Sales Managers, a Business Manager, and six Sales Executives who will support you daily.Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and in personRecommend suitable vehicles based on customer needsArrange and accompany customers on test drivesNegotiate final sale pricesComplete all necessary paperwork for each saleCreate and maintain a site parking planAssist with unloading and parking new/used vehicles correctlyHelp prepare cars for technicians in the workshopKeep the customer car park clear at all timesMaintain site health and safety standards, ensuring roadways and pathways are clearThe ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, passionate about their work, and ambitious to meet targets. Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade is preferred but not essential, as we welcome fresh talent. A full UK driving license is required, as you may need to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.If your skills and experience align with our requirements, please apply today.
