Senior Funeral Director

Compassionate and professional, our Senior Funeral Directors are responsible for making sure everything goes smoothly on the day. They act as the senior role model for all Funeral Directors in the area. Inducting and training as well as supervise, arrange and conduct funerals, ensuring that funerals meet the requirements of the client and are compliant with the company's policies and procedures. They will be conversant with and offer the full range of products and services available. Be conversant with local customs and practices within the local community and work within the community on charity and fundraising tasks. Assist with administration, operational duties, recruitment (internal and external) and training as required. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance. Be responsible for the appearance, speech and conduct of staff both during and after funerals. Deal with client complaints together with your Manager. Ensure branches are maintained to the highest standard of presentation and repair. Communicate ideas that you feel would benefit the client and the business. Lead by example and act as an ambassador for the company at all times.You will already have experience of conducting funerals having worked in the funeral industry previously. You will have good knowledge of the funeral process as well as the confidence and credibility to deliver an exceptional experience for every family we work with.We offer a sensitive, professional service to the families in our care and are proud to be part of the Funeral Partners family.
