The CDM Principal Designer Role

You would join their team which consists of qualified Architects/Surveyors or Design focused individuals who are well trained within construction H&S principals. You would be provided great support as you manage your portfolio across a range of projects.


The Successful CDM Principal Designer Will Have:
  1. Experience: Experience as an Architect or Surveyor with demonstrable Project experience (required). Experience undertaking Principal Design duty (preferable).
  2. Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (Preferred), Tech IOSH (Preferred), APS membership (preferred).
  3. Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
