OverviewOverview: Trainee Early Years AssessorAre you an Early Years professional with management experience, looking for more work/life balance?Recruiting on behalf of an 'Ofsted Good' training provider, this WFH opportunity is one not to be missedEssentials - You must hold a Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification to be considered for this role.Purpose of the roleTrainee Early Years AssessorYou will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners, including Functional Skills) both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Coaching and mentoring the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification.Full training and qualifications (TAQA) are fully funded and provided by the employer.Trainee Early Years Assessor: EssentialsA minimum 3 years Deputy Manager or above Nursery experienceUK driving license and use of own transportYou will be based from Home, covering Plymouth and the surrounding areaA mixture of home working/remote and visiting learners in their place of work in Plymouth and the surrounding areaFull Training and qualifications are funded and provided by the employerTrainee Early Years Assessor: Salary and ExpensesThe role is full-time, permanentNo evenings or weekends, no unsociable hoursWFH - Home based and flexible working - manage your own diary27k- 30k annual salaryTax free quartly bonusExcellent employee benefits package including Denplan, Life Insurance and tax free Company bonusFull travel expenses (paid from your doorstep)All equipment including laptop, mobile phoneFurther career opportunities with a growing, high quality training provider #J-18808-Ljbffr
