Wholesale Aftersales CoordinatorJoin TOAST as a detail‑oriented Wholesale Aftersales Coordinator to support our expanding wholesale operations. In this customer‑facing role, you’ll ensure smooth order management from confirmation to delivery, acting as the key link between sales, production, warehouse and accounts teams.ResponsibilitiesOrder & Stock Management – Manage and track wholesale orders from JOOR to NetSuite, secure stock, update client status and ship within delivery windows.Shipping & Logistics – Plan shipments, create dispatch lists, prepare shipping documentation, track deliveries, handle returns and act as first point of contact for partners post‑order.Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Update teams on dispatch and reorder status, work with production, warehouse and accounts to confirm payments and resolve queries, and contribute to process improvements.QualificationsStrong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Proven customer service experience in a fast‑paced wholesale or logistics environment.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team, prioritise and manage multiple shipments and tasks concurrently.Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP/stock management system.Benefits25 days annual leaveDASH Cycle to Work schemeHealth Assured employee assistance programmeEnhanced family‑friendly policiesSend your CV and cover letter to jobs@toa.st using “Wholesale Aftersales Coordinator” in the email title. #J-18808-Ljbffr
