Leaf Complex Care, part of Catalyst Care Group, is looking for a dedicated PBS Assistant to join our Bristol team. In this role, you'll support the delivery of positive behaviour support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and associated mental health conditions, helping to improve their quality of life through ethical, person-centred care. About the Role As a PBS Assistant, you will work closely with PBS Practitioners and Specialists to contribute to Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) and Functional Assessments. Your role will include supporting staff, carers, and families with practical strategies, assisting in incident analysis, audits, and training sessions, and promoting reflective practice and continuous improvement. You will provide one-to-one guidance to frontline staff, encouraging early preventative approaches, positive risk-taking, and person-centred engagement. Collaboration with families, commissioners, and multi-disciplinary professionals is central to ensuring consistent and sustainable outcomes.
