Senior Fleet Manager – London Voi is on a mission to create safe, sustainable micromobility for everyone. We are the #1 e‑scooter service in Europe, operating in more than 100 cities with over 350 million rides to date. We are expanding in London and looking for a Senior Fleet Manager to lead our fleet operations in the market. Your Mission at Voi As Senior Fleet Manager, you will lead the local Fleet Management team, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, vehicle maintenance, charging, and facilities. You will recruit, manage, and motivate a team of Site Managers, Team Leads, and Shift Supervisors. In addition, you will manage the fleet of operational vehicles, collaborate with third‑party logistics partners, and ensure optimal utilisation and safety of all assets. Responsibilities Set the long‑term fleet management strategy, budget and plan for your cities together with the Head of Fleet Operations UK. Set up and continuously iterate on operational workflows, applying best practices while localising and contributing new improvements to the wider fleet management community. Drive day‑to‑day and week‑to‑week operational excellence through continuous monitoring of KPIs and taking immediate action where necessary to improve performance. Recruit, onboard and engage required team members to keep the business running all year round, delivering on agreed‑upon SLAs with both internal and external stakeholders. Be playful and creative with workforce and facilities capacity planning to achieve the lowest cost of operating possible. Maximise vehicle utilisation, keeping all vehicles on the street or in use for as many hours as possible. Guard physical assets – vehicles and facilities – to extend their lifetime and maximise effectiveness. Foster a collaborative and friendly working environment while driving best‑in‑class performance. Ensure a safe work environment that meets Health & Safety guidelines and policies. Collaborate with Operations and Market Development teams to achieve business goals for the city. What You Need to Embark 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, production, consulting or similar. Experience managing a large team and other people managers. Experience working cross‑functionally to achieve goals. Experience planning and structuring shifts for your teams. Degree: Bachelor of Science in engineering, business or equivalent on‑the‑job training (could be a corporate education program). Fluent in English. Ability to be on site 60% or more of the time. Experience running a budget and being held accountable toward it. Experience enforcing Health & Safety guidelines and policies (plus). Why Voi? Join Europe's #1 micromobility company.
