Key Details at a Glance Job Title: Resident Plumber / Mechanical (Trades and Labour) Job Type: Temporary Contract Location: London (North London area, specific location disclosed upon application) Start Date: Monday, 24 November 2025 End Date: Wednesday, 31 December 2025 - Could be extended Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour Hours/Week: 37.50 hours Role Information and Duties This is a fully qualified, hands‑on role requiring a Level 3 Plumbing/Mechanical qualification and previous experience in a similar setting. You must be comfortable with the scope of work and participating in an on‑call rota (if required) once familiar with the site. Your primary responsibilities will include: AHU Maintenance FCU Maintenance Calorifier inspection TMV maintenance Maintenance on Boilers and L8 systems Drainage work, including unblocking toilets/waste pipes Repairing leaks General planned and reactive plumbing/mechanical duties Work Schedule & Equipment Work Pattern: Monday - Friday (Days only initially) Hours: 07:00 AM - 16:00 PM Required Dress Code/PPE: Safety Boots, Hi Viz Jacket, and Wet Weather Gear.
