Due to continued growth and success, they are now seeking a confident and driven Sales Valuer to join their friendly and ambitious team. This is a fantastic chance for either an experienced Sales Valuer or a Senior Sales Negotiator who has recently started carrying out valuations and is ready to take the next step in their career. As a Sales Valuer, you will be offered : Competitive basic salary Up to 6 months guarantee On target earnings of up to £45,000 Company car or car allowance Supportive team culture and genuine career progression Key duties will include, but will not be limited to : Carrying out accurate and professional property valuations Winning new instructions and building strong vendor relationships Actively prospecting for new business through canvassing and local networking Representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in the local market To be considered for the role of Sales Valuer, you must have the following : Recent experience within Estate Agency Proven experience conducting property valuations Ideally, knowledge of the Hucknall market A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong sales mindset Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills Full UK driving licence #J-18808-Ljbffr
