You will be part of our ENI Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage). You will execute the specific inspections on material, equipment, steel structures, construction/installation activities and HVAC on site, in accordance with the QC Plan.How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:Follow relevant specified procedures, issue the relevant Quality Records and write non-conformances reports for the Quality Control SupervisorVerify the correct preparation of foundations and reinforcementsMonitor atmospheric conditions during pouring operations and correct curing operationsCheck the certifications regarding element mixes, chemical analysis, grain size analysis, sampling operationsReview the laboratory examination results, sub-grade dry density, moisture content, compression strength test, execution of casting, concrete pouring, materials quality (wire, fitting, etc.)Collect and manage documents certifying test, controls and inspection documentsEnsure that all civil works and testing related records are properly retrievable within the final As- Built dossierIn case of subcontractor activities, ensure the correct implementation of the approved QC/ Inspection Test Plans, witnessing inspection and collecting relevant Quality Control recordsEnsure the conformity with the Quality Control Plan and obtain the relevant documentationWhat are we looking for?Experience: 5 years as Civil QC Inspector or equivalent and 10 years in QC activities in the Oil&Gas industry or similarEducation: Degree in civil engineeringTechnical skills: Quality Control inspectionWhat we can offer to you:Contractor role, full time, up to 5,5 days/weekOur One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development, career growth, opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.Location: TalacreStart date: as soon as a successful candidate is identifiedPlease note: All applicants must reside in the UK and possess full, permanent UK right-to-work status, as Saipem is unable to offer sponsorships.Additional InformationWe embrace diversity At Saipem, we believe that innovation thrives through diversity.
