Overview Applications are invited for the post of Workforce Planning & Implementation Assistant within the Human Resources Workforce Planning Team based at Hutton Headquarters. This role works alongside the Workforce Planning and Implementation Officer providing administrative support to the implementation of organisational restructures and workforce modernisation programmes, including shift rota changes. The right candidate will deliver on all aspects of resource and workforce planning, including succession planning, vacancy management and organisational change, supporting our front‑line officers and wider functions to deliver an exceptional service to the public. Key Responsibilities Administer all stages of the vacancy approval process. Provide administrative support to the implementation of organisational restructures and workforce modernisation programmes, including shift rota changes. Assist in the delivery of a customer‑focused administrative service ensuring that the Constabulary meets all HR priorities. Deal with internal and external enquiries by telephone, correspondence or personal contact and liaise with internal and external customers and stakeholders as required. Assist in the development and implementation of HR administrative procedures to facilitate effective and efficient working practices.
