Job Overview This Senior Specialist role within Enterprise Investment Services (EIS) is part of a team of nine delivering daily operational support for Fixed Income Portfolio Managers and managing Investment Index Data. The position also involves coaching team members to handle complex issues and projects independently. Key responsibilities include maintaining the Fixed Income Investment Book of Records (IBOR), performing start and end‑of‑day checks, managing liquidity and cashflows, monitoring trading activity, and providing actionable insights to the Investments Team. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for complex investment data inquiries across IMG and enterprise stakeholders. Partner with internal teams to maintain and improve the integrity of investment and fund data. Execute complex daily and ad‑hoc tasks under tight deadlines, managing competing priorities and multiple data inputs. Escalate and resolve complex portfolio and data‑related issues. Build and maintain strong global networks with peers and leaders across US and APAC regions. Identify and influence optimal investment data flows and support process enhancements. Set up new issuer bonds in Aladdin using Bloomberg data. Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Coach a less tenured team member to develop skills and expertise of wider team. Deep knowledge and hands‑on experience with the Aladdin and Bloomberg platforms. Strong investment acumen, particularly in global fixed‑income markets. Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and automation. Experience in operational environments, including incident detection and stakeholder management. Familiarity with the investment lifecycle and risk controls. Ability to monitor market events and assess their impact on investment operations. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in fund operations or investment data roles. CFA or equivalent qualification preferred. Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with global teams. Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous improvement mindset. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
