You’ll bring excellent communication and presentation skills, solid Excel capability, and proven project management experience. Motivated by change and continuous improvement, you’ll be comfortable influencing stakeholders, analysing performance, and finding smarter ways of working. Knowledge of Oracle Financials or Power BI is a bonus. Responsibilities The Finance Manager plays a key role within the commercial finance function, supporting the business through accurate financial planning, insightful reporting and strong business partnering. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Financial Planning & Controlling, you will lead the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts and management accounts, and present financial insights to senior stakeholders. A core part of the role is partnering with teams across the organisation—including Go To Market, Product and other internal departments—to help them understand and control their budgets, manage a significant retail and fleet incentive budget, and ensure financial data is robust and well-governed. You will also oversee aspects of daily banking and treasury, collaborate with shared service teams, and line‑manage a Finance Placement Student.
