Working closely with our Service Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services across the campus. You’ll lead and inspire a diverse team and ensure that every aspect of our services contributes to a safe, efficient, and engaging environment for all campus users. You will be instrumental in managing a broad range of hard and soft FM services, including cleaning, security, business support, compliance, grounds, pest control, and more. Your proactive approach will help shape an outstanding workplace experience throughout the university community. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a multi‑skilled team to deliver exceptional FM services Manage service budgets, including labour, consumables, and materials Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and performance excellence Ensure full compliance with SLA, KPIs, safety standards, and audit requirements Oversee subcontractor performance and build strong supplier relationships Deliver engaging team communication, from daily huddles to monthly meetings Champion health, safety, and wellbeing across all service lines Support recruitment, training, development, and performance management Analyse data and service reports to implement meaningful improvements Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams For a list of responsibilities please view the attached job description.
