Responsibilities Create engaging, exciting learning experiences for children. Lead & inspire your nursery team with enthusiasm & creativity. Support children's development & maintain positive relationships with families. Plan fun, educational activities to spark curiosity & growth. Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene. Qualifications Level 3 qualification or above in early years education. Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage – ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team. A passion for fostering children's development and creating positive relationships with families.
