Responsibilities Manage, recruit, and train staff. Handle customer concerns and drive membership growth. Prepare reports and attend meetings. Lead the day‑to‑day running of the centre. Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience within a leisure facility. First aid qualifications – being a registered first aider is an asset. Excellent customer service and leadership skills. Essential: an NPLQ qualification.
