About the Role Sourceful is looking for Senior Fullstack Engineers with a Frontend focus to help build a seamless, AI-enabled product that empowers millions to turn ideas into reality. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end features with an emphasis on high-quality UI / UX, or working across the stack when needed- but with a strong bias toward crafting beautiful, performant frontends. Lead the end-to-end development of user-facing features with pixel-perfect precision Own and deliver fullstack solutions, from frontend design to backend integration Use AI tools intentionally, while remaining hands-on with coding - to boost productivity without compromising craftsmanship Spot and resolve UI / UX inconsistencies before we ship Prototype and iterate quickly in collaboration with design and product teams Push the boundaries of what AI-assisted interfaces can look and feel like Qualifications Technical Skills 5+ years of Fullstack and specialised frontend-heavy experience Frontend-leaning Tech stack : Strong proficiency in React / Next.js / TypeScript Intentionality with AI / dev tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Devin) and when to override them Proven ability to own and deliver complex features end-to-end Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred Soft Skills Systems thinker who values clarity, simplicity, and performance Sharp design sensibility and obsessive attention to detail Fast, autonomous builder who thrives in ambiguity Strong communicator who enjoys sharing work and mentoring others Mission-aligned : Passionate about solving hard problems with elegant, intuitive interfaces What You’ll Get Building a World-class Product with a small but mighty A-player team Mentoring and coaching from Cofounder & CEO Access to latest AI tools for coding Pension Plan and Private Health Insurance 25 vacation days per calendar year Performance Bonuses Work arrangement : Hybrid, avg. 3 days / week in our lovely Hub in Manchester Central #J-18808-Ljbffr
