We are recruiting for a Combined Catering and Cleaning Services Manager to oversee our team based at Southern Regional College sites across Co. Armagh and Down. Working Pattern 39 hours per week Generally Monday to Friday; flexibility required for occasional weekends/evenings. Manage own diary Rewards £34,000 + £2,000 car allowance 25 days holiday plus 8 statutory holidays. Health and Wellbeing Programme inclusive of Employee Assistance Programme. Development opportunities Key Responsibilities Manage and control catering, cleaning, ground waste management services to agreed specifications, performance, qualitative and financial targets. Lead operating areas and teams to ensure delivery against Key Performance Indicators. Motivate and lead high performing teams to achieve their objectives. Proactively manage services across sites, providing support and guidance to teams ensuring a high level of services to the client. Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement service standards, styles and products. Engage a wide range of personalities, inspiring belief and energy. Plan, organise and prioritise across a large stakeholder group. Coordinate the refilling, unpacking and sorting of stock. Maintain presentation and housekeeping standards. Ensure client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly to ensure client satisfaction. Valid driving licence. The Person Attention to detail in all aspects of work. Basic statutory training: reading, writing, speaking and listening; computer literacy.
