This role is ideal for someone with a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Preparing food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service Completing food safety and health & safety documentation Labelling food in accordance with PPDS regulations Supporting the Head Chef and assisting porters with deliveries Maintaining cleanliness in the working area What We’re Looking For Experience in food safety and kitchen preparation Level 2 Food Hygiene training or equivalent Knowledge of allergen management and labelling standards Perks and Benefits Access to an employee benefits portal with hundreds of discounts Online GP services Reduced parking at £1.50 per day (if living outside a 3-mile radius) Onsite cycle shed Public transport available to the site Additional Info:The chef team finishes by 4:00 PM daily.
