The Role The Growth & Marketing team at Trilitech is the engine that helps drive growth for Tezos. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising and creating visually appealing designs across various platforms. From designing print collateral to creating digital assets and social media content, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand identity and communicating our message effectively to our target audience. While you'll collaborate closely with the Growth & Marketing team, your primary focus will be working within our Design team to bring our projects to life. You will be working with an equally talented and innovative team with the goal of delivering exceptional design solutions. What you’ll do Collaborating with the Marketing and Design teams to understand design requirements and project objectives Developing creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project specifications Producing high-quality graphic designs for a variety of mediums including print collateral, digital assets, social media content, presentations, and more Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas to elevate design projects Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are relevant and engaging Managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project timelines Organising and managing project files, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery of projects Working closely within the Design team to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions Adapting quickly to feedback and revisions, ensuring that final deliverables meet or exceed expectations Maintaining strong attention to detail throughout the design process to ensure accuracy and consistency in the final product What you’ll need Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design software Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition Ability to translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the desired message Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas both internally and to stakeholders, with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Skills in illustration and / or motion graphics is a plus Please note, applications must include a digital / website portfolio to be considered.
