Responsibilities To complete scheduled cleaning requirements to CIC'S standard and maintain daily, weekly & periodic sign off records ensuring correct and accurate completion To complete all hygiene operations in accordance with Health & Safety including COSHH, product safety, legality & quality requirements Promote clean as you go and work to these standards daily To always wear PPE correctly, hairnet, safety shoes, overalls, chemical resistant gloves, safety glasses and other PPE required Understand pest awareness and report any activity to your Line Manager To ensure a proactive approach is made towards Hygiene requirements and strive to be multiskilled Demonstrate knowledge of all cleaning equipment and materials and maintain to an high standard Ensure that a safe working environment exists for all colleagues and that as a minimum the department meets the standards set out in the safety, health and environment policy.
