It’s a fantastic approach to rehabilitation, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.A typical day in this role involves:Welcoming participants as they arrive and ensuring all safety checks are completed.Managing bookings and referrals through email, phone, or self-referrals.Handling petty cash for travel expenses or small purchases.Gathering feedback from participants through surveys or follow-ups.Monitoring CCTV and controlling access to restricted areas.Ordering supplies, like stationery or refreshments.Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety guidelines by checking equipment.It’s a nice office, in an easy-to-find location near Southampton train station at Overline House on Blechynden Terrace.We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in criminal justice and supporting rehabilitation, so criminology graduates could be a good fit. Ideally, you have worked or volunteered on a similar project with vulnerable clients facing similar challenges. Strong organisational skills and demonstrable admin experience are essential.
