OverviewJoin as a Resort Safety Officer (SIA Qualified) at Butlin's to protect our guests across the resort, licensing venues and entrances.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular patrols of the resort and licensed venues, ensuring a safe environment.Maintain access control at all three resort entrances with a customer‑focused approach.Provide first aid assistance to team members and guests in accordance with Butlin’s SIA and local licensing laws.Deliver a memorable first‑hour experience for guests on Monday and Friday arrivals.Support incident reporting, investigations and liaison with local authorities as required.QualificationsCurrent SIA Door Supervisor licence.Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Team‑oriented attitude with the confidence to work independently when necessary.Past security or hospitality experience is an advantage.Typical Working HoursVariable shift patterns covering 8 am‑8 pm (day) and 8 pm‑8 am (night) over 40 hours per week.
