Job Overview The post holder will assist the PACS&RIS Site Leads in the management of the Radiology Information System & Picture Archiving Communication System and any other future systems implemented. They will provide administrative and general support to the PACS&RIS Site Leads and key staff and supervise the PACS&RIS Administrators, coordinating workload and strategic development within Imaging and the Group Clinical Services Division. They oversee pathways at the Community Diagnostic Centre at Finchley Memorial Hospital and manage outsourcing and insourcing for the Trust. They resolve day‑to‑day problems independently and act as the first point of contact for user and third‑party enquiries, maintaining high‑standard data quality. They deputise for the PACS&RIS Site Leads, attend meetings, manage enquiries, communicate with management, and support the team in developing training plans and efficient SOPs and cross‑site working. Responsibilities Deputise for PACS & RIS Team leaders, supervise, train and manage other administrators. Lead projects and quality improvement data quality tasks. Help maintain clinical systems across the Trust, run and action data quality reports to ensure all imaging examinations are actioned and reported. Serve as first‑line contact for downtime issues with PACS/RIS systems. Coordinate with a range of healthcare professionals inside and outside Radiology. Maintain training plans and support the Site Leads in developing SOPs. Requirements Candidates are expected to attend for interview in person.
