It’s what we do for thousands of people at more than 150 sites across the UK. Be a part of it. Cygnet Healthcare is looking for an Activity Co‑ordinator to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Oldbury. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, covering four 10‑hour shifts, including weekends. Cygnet Hospital Oldbury is a state‑of‑the‑art PICU & acute hospital for women, located in the West Midlands. The service has a 12‑bed PICU ward and a 15‑bed acute ward, supported by a multidisciplinary team (MDT) that delivers rapid access to mental health services, including intensive care environments. Your Day‑to‑Day at Cygnet Hospital Oldbury Encourage patients to access and become involved in a variety of activities, while maintaining any pre‑existing hobbies. Plan and implement therapy programmes, ensuring appropriate materials are obtained. Contribute ideas, facilitate events and activities in a safe manner. We’re Looking For Someone Who Has… Experience and/or a passion for working in healthcare. Some knowledge of occupational therapy. A creative flair and the ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team. Awareness of recovery approaches and social inclusion (desirable). Why Cygnet?
