DNEG busca un Facial Modeller para trabajar en la creación de réplicas digitales altamente precisas y sistemas expresivos de assets faciales para proyectos de VFX y televisión de primer nivel. La posición es presencial en Londres, Reino Unido, colaborando estrechamente con los equipos de textura, shader, look-development y rigging para entregar assets de calidad heroica que resistan primeros planos extremos, volúmenes LED, formatos de alta resolución y flujos de trabajo en tiempo real de próxima generación. Requisitos imprescindibles Must Haves Capacidad demostrada para crear réplicas digitales precisas en expresiones neutrales y FACS. Fuerte comprensión de la anatomía facial, mecánica de expresiones y sistemas musculares. Gran atención al detalle. Excelente percepción espacial y sentido refinado de forma, proporción y silueta. Conocimiento experto en modelado poligonal/sub-D en Maya y capacidad para aprender rápidamente herramientas propietarias. Conocimiento práctico de programas como Mudbox o Z-brush. Habilidad para producir topología limpia, amigable para animación y layouts UV eficientes. Entendimiento de cómo el detalle del modelo se traduce en workflows de desplazamiento, shaders y look-development de materiales. Capacidad para evaluar objetivamente la precisión de la réplica y iterar rápidamente según feedback. Deseables Nice to Have Conocimiento operativo de Linux. Experiencia con escaneo facial, fotogrametría o pipelines faciales impulsados por machine learning. Familiaridad con workflows basados en wrap (ej. R3DS Wrap). Conocimiento de motores en tiempo real (Unreal/Unity) para revisión de assets faciales. Más de 4 años de experiencia en VFX de alto nivel, TV o juegos AAA. Conocimiento de modelado NURBS. Al menos 4 años modelando criaturas para cine o TV de alto nivel. Pasión por la anatomía humana y de criaturas. Experiencia previa produciendo assets faciales heroicos dentro de equipos de criaturas o personajes. Sobre el candidato About You Meticuloso, observador y comprometido con resultados fotorrealistas.
