Electrical Design Engineer – Building Services Location: Plymouth Salary : £45,000 - £55,000 We are looking for a passionate Electrical Design Engineer to join our client’s Plymouth-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of sustainable design and decarbonisation, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams on innovative projects across the built environment. Key Responsibilities Attend client meetings and site visits Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, undertaking multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met Produce detailed and technical design advice to clients Conduct calculations, produce reports and specifications with excellent written and communication skills. Produce detailed electrical designs using latest industry software What we’re looking for Ability to confidently use industry software / tools such as Dialux, Revit, Relux etc. Experience working as an Electrical Engineer, with proven ability to deliver on a range of projects Evident experience working with clients / contractors / architects in a design / consultant role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits Competitive salary Flexible working arrangements Professional development and training opportunities Opportunities to work on cutting-edge sustainability and net-zero projects Interested?
