By doing this, they ensure not only a safe and happy place to shop but it provides the opportunity to minimise risk and prevent loss.In a Loss Prevention role, your key focus is minimising loss from all sources by:Identifying loss patternsUncovering potential internal theftIdentifying and deterring suspicious behaviourBeing a health & safety championRemoving opportunities for theftEnsuring a safe and secure store environment.Our Hastings store is looking for someone to join the Loss Prevention team. This is a part time role, which will involve working Monday 10:30am - 5:15pm, Tuesday 10:00am - 4:30pm and Sunday 10:00am - 4:15pm .To be successful in a Loss Prevention role, you will:Have amazing communication skills,both written and oralBe confident and remain calm under pressureBe comfortable handling situations of conflict that may occurBe willing to go the extra mile to help our customersMaintain the highest level of integrity and honest at all times.Loss Prevention within Farmers is not just about theft, it's about making improvements to prevent it from occurring in the first instance.
