This role is project management-focused, supporting investor relations initiatives and fundraising processes. It offers an excellent opportunity to work in a highly regarded firm, gaining exposure to fund management, investor reporting, and stakeholder engagement.The RoleThe Investor Relations Associate will play a key role in managing and coordinating investor relations activities, ensuring the seamless execution of fundraising initiatives and investor communications. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, the investment team, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery and high-quality investor engagement materials.Key Responsibilities:Project manage investor relations and fundraising activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are metPrepare and coordinate investor materials, including presentations, quarterly reports, due diligence requests, and fund updatesWork closely with internal teams (investment, finance, legal, and compliance) to ensure accurate and timely investor reportingSupport the execution of AGMs, investor meetings, and other key investor eventsTrack investor interactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth flow of information across teamsConduct market research and competitor analysis to support investor relations strategyKey Requirements:3+ years’ experience in investor relations or placement agent/private funds groupStrong understanding of private equity structures, fundraising processes, and investor reportingExcellent project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreamsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing high-quality investor materialsProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectivelyHighly organised, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing, Finance, and Project ManagementIndustriesVenture Capital and Private Equity Principals #J-18808-Ljbffr
