OverviewNursery Manager role at TieTalentWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced early years leader to join our team at White Lodge, Chertsey, Surrey. This is a full-time, term-time only (40 weeks) position guiding a warm nursery environment and ensuring high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework.The RoleAs the Nursery Manager, you will lead a welcoming nursery environment where children can learn, grow, and flourish. You will oversee the daily running of the nursery, guide a team of practitioners, and ensure every child receives exceptional care and enriching learning experiences.Provide strong, compassionate leadership to the team and support high-quality early years education in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive settingManage the services budget to ensure efficient and sustainable operationsContribute to strategic planning in collaboration with senior leadersMaintain compliance with safeguarding and regulatory requirementsPlease note: due to our open and collaborative working environment and the nature of our work with children and adults with disabilities, some periods of elevated noise levels and disruption may occur in office-based roles.About YouTo be considered for the Nursery Manager role, you will need:Proven experience leading a nursery or early years teamStrong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and SEND frameworksExcellent communication, organisational, and leadership skillsA good level of IT literacyAt a minimum, a Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ desirable)All staff are required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
