By embracing client challenges, we equip clients with bespoke risk solutions.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Account Manager, you will collaborate with the Broking and Account Management teams to service and support binder and facility operations across business lines and geographic regions. Your responsibilities include:Independently drafting facility contracts and endorsements that align with stakeholder specificationsOverseeing all aspects of the facility lifecycle, including monitoring settlements, provision of earned to incurred, and profit commission calculationsCoordinating with stakeholders to arrange market audits and assisting with prompt resolution of recommendationsQualificationsPrior experience drafting facility contracts, slips and endorsementsExperience managing Lloyd’s coverholder auditsUnderstanding of the coverholder annual compliance processKnowledge of Lloyd’s market systems, Atlas and DCOMExperience in a bordereaux processing role (beneficial)Strong written and verbal communication skillsWhat we offerSince its foundation in 1966, Lockton has grown to become one of the world’s largest privately held independent insurance companies.
