Join our winning team of Wave Makers and Go Getters and help us write the next chapter in the SCJ story.About the role :As part of the EMEA Shared Service Centre, you'll be working with your colleagues in Order Management to complete various tasks across different countries, mainly Germany to provide outstanding service for our SCJ Professional Business. Using Lean methodology & tools, you’ll be looking for ways to improve and standardise processes. Using SAP scripting technology to create further automation opportunities.The Customer Supply Chain function is made up of 6 multilingual teams who support our commercial businesses across the EMEA region with making sure our products are delivered on time in full, to our customers.Key responsibilities of our Customer Supply Chain Analyst – German Speaker :Daily processing of orders submitted by customersManaging stock allocations in line with sales & supply chain team expectations in low out-of-stock situationsMonitor order flow to proactively identify problems, resolve issues, develop alternative solutions, and avoid shipping discrepanciesDrive efficiency by simplification and standardisation of processes & procedures across multiple countriesWork closely with other members of the Supply chain team, Logistics to provide outstanding service to all stakeholdersEnsure compliance and Audit readinessParticipate in process improvement initiatives that enable the company to scale effectivelyAnalyse and interpret the data to provide actionable insightsWhat we’re looking for in our Customer Supply Chain Export Analyst :Fluent in both English and German written and verbalSupply Chain Experience or understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain (desirable)Previous experience in order management (desirable)SAP knowledge (desirable)Knowledge of Lean methodology & tools an advantageWe are open to graduates with no direct experience but with the German languageBehaviors you’ll needAbility to work under pressure and excellent attention to detailAbility to establish collaborative and trusting business relationships, through professional, proactive interactionsGood team player and must show flexibility / adaptabilityMindset to seek continuous improvementStrong Communication and Influencing SkillsCompetitive pay & benefits incl Profit ShareFlexible starting and finishing times + 4.5 day working week33 days annual leave including public holidays due to supporting European countriesPension, Life cover & Health InsuranceShuttle bus service from local train stations, EV Charging points, Cycle to Work SchemeFree newly refurbished Gym with new Spin StudioIf you feel you have what it takes to become our Customer Supply Chain Analyst – German Speaker, then please click ‘apply’ now #J-18808-Ljbffr
