A Quality Engineer / Quality Assurance Engineer / QA Engineer is required for a leading manufacturer based in Birmingham, West Midlands.
The Quality Engineer / Quality Assurance Engineer / QA Engineer will be responsible for NPI, managing the introduction of new products while maintaining and continuously improving customer satisfaction. This is a key position within the Quality team, supporting production, driving process improvements, and ensuring products meet both internal and customer quality requirements.

£37,000

Quality Engineer Role:
Work closely with production to ensure product conformity to internal and customer specifications.
Handle customer concerns and lead problem-solving teams using 8D and other structured methodologies.
Liaise with various engineering departments and customers
Prepare and maintain quality documentation to support PPAP approvals.
Inspect and test painted parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain IMDS submissions.
Be able to commute to West BirminghamRequirements:
Proven experience in quality - As a Quality Engineer / Quality Assurance Engineer / QA Engineer or similar
Knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
Knowledge of problem-solving techniques such as 8D or similar
Commutable to Birmingham
