You’ll be managing a team of Customer Services Advisors, ensuring that they achieve a high standard of customer service quality and meet targets for performance, productivity, and attendance. Responsibilities Manage a team of Customer Services Advisors. Ensure high standard of customer service quality. Meet targets for performance, productivity, and attendance. Support agile working and provide IT equipment to work flexibly between home and Dartford office. Qualifications Experience of working in a call centre environment.
