The Role : This role will work as part of the Commercial team at the OVO Arena Wembley, reporting to the Commercial Manager. The main purpose of this post is to support all areas of commercial activity and corporate sales and report to the Commercial Manager at OVO Arena Wembley. Key Responsibilities : Assist with off-manifest sales through different channels, using various sales techniques You will be expected to help drive sales within the conferences and event market at OVO Arena Wembley. This will include various admin duties and being proactive as detailed below Develop a working knowledge of all aspects of the venue operation to effectively and efficiently meet the needs of our partners and promoters Assist in developing and maintaining effective teamwork within departments and offices of ASM Global, continuously seeking ways to improve personal, team and business performance To help achieve financial targets with C&E business whilst maximising all commercial opportunities on live event days To work with the Commercial and Marketing team to deliver a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve commercial growth across all activities at OVO Arena Wembley Undertake relevant duties or reasonable requests as requested by the Commercial Manager and any member of the Senior management team. Work event days as discussed with the Commercial Manager About You : A proven record of working in a similar environment, ideally within the entertainment / leisure industry.
