Parcel Delivery Driver – Royal Mail Job Reference: 325982 Location: Winchester Delivery Office, SO23 0AA Job Type: Permanent Contract: Full-time (30 hrs per week) Hours: 30 hrs/week, Monday–Sunday, 12:00–18:30; 3 in 4 Saturdays and Sundays, Sundays 09:00–15:30. Your responsibilities include safe driving, multi‑drop parcel delivery, van preparation, and commitment to excellent customer service. You will use route‑planning technology tools and deliver at the right time, ensuring customers’ days are brighter. What We’re Looking For Upbeat, self‑motivated and able to work independently Organised, punctual with great initiative Committed to delivering great customer service Comfortable interacting with customers, acting as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail Happy to work in the afternoon and early evenings Enjoy a multi‑drop driving role, delivering parcels across the week in the assigned area Possess a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points Benefits A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06 p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours). Paid overtime, enhanced rate of 1.25× for any hours over 40 hrs/week. 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service, option to buy extra leave. Full uniform provided.
