We are looking for an enthusiastic, well‑organised and committed HLTA to join our school to support teachers within a designated year group, running small group interventions and providing PPA cover within the year group as well as cover across the school.Oakfield is a two‑form entry junior school, offering a beautiful setting, with excellent facilities, good resources, supportive staff and enthusiastic children. We are committed to inclusive practices, the achievement of high standards and working in close partnership with parents and the community.The hours for this post will ideally be 31.25 hours per week, to be worked over 5 days from 8.30am‑3.15pm, however we will consider reducing this commitment for the right candidate. These hours are worked during term‑time (38.6 weeks per annum).Salary for a qualified HLTA is payable at Surrey Pay Range PS4.2‑PS6.2, dependant on experience and qualifications. Actual salary range for 31.25 hours is £18,833‑£22,652 (FTE £25,480‑£30,647).
