The successful candidate will be responsible for installing solar PV systems on domestic and small commercial properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall solar PV mounting systems, panels, and roof fixings on various roof types (tiled, slate, flat, etc.)Conduct roof surveys and assess suitability for solar installationsWork closely with electricians and project teams to support system installation and cable runsMaintain a strong focus on health and safety at all timesCarry out maintenance and repair work on existing solar systems as neededCommunicate effectively with site managers, clients, and colleagues to ensure smooth project deliveryRequirementsProven experience as a Roofer, with solar PV installation experience (domestic or commercial)Strong understanding of roofing systems and safe working at heightValid CSCS card (essential)Working at Height and Manual Handling certifications (preferred)Full UK Driving LicenceReliable, safety-conscious, and committed to high-quality workBenefitsCompetitive salaryTraining and career development opportunitiesProgression within a growing renewable energy companyCompany vehicle and fuel card (depending on role)Pension scheme and holiday entitlement #J-18808-Ljbffr
