At Costa Coffee we want you to have the desire to continuously improve, striving to ensure that tomorrow we are better than today.We have a world class academy, where we deliver your technical learning, which is bespoke to each machine proposition and this showcases our fleet and immerses you in our Brand.Prior to your technical academy training you will be accompanied by a Field Service Engineer to observe the role and responsibilities. You will experience hands on learning with our IT platforms out in the field.Then you will join our Technical Trainers and receive in depth training in our Loudwater Academy – encompassing: servicing & maintaining our fleet, fault finding using your technical knowledge.
