Job Title - Electrical Installation AssessorSalary - £40,000Location - DurhamContract Type - Permanent. We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Electrical Installation Onsite Assessor to join a dynamic team of industry professionals and inspire the next generation of Electricians.OrganisationThe Training provider we are recruiting for is passionate about unlocking the potential of every learner and empowering them to achieve their best.Role ResponsibilitiesConduct high-quality onsite assessments for learners undertaking Electrical Installation qualifications.Observe, assess and verify workplace competence in line with industry standards and awarding body requirements.Support learners in building strong evidence portfolios, including practical assessments, written tasks and professional discussions.Plan, prepare and review assessment activities to ensure learner progression and achievement.Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners develop their technical skills, safety practices and employability.Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning and assessment environment.Build and maintain strong employer relationships to enhance learner opportunities and ensure workplace standards are met.Essential RequirementsA Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Electrical Installation (e.g., C&G 2365, 2357, 5357 or equivalent).Extensive industry experience as an Electrician or Electrical Installer.An Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32 / 33) or willingness to work towards one.
