Main purpose of the role Simmons Adaptive are interested in hearing from available corporate lawyers to potentially support our client, a global financial technology institution. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in London, that is expected to run until March 2026. The consultant will advise on major corporate transactions and should come from a strong corporate law background, ideally with international experience. Client focus Fintech/payments sector experience In-house or secondment experience ESOP/incentive experience Real estate or IP experience Person specification You are a UK, US or common law qualified lawyer with 7 – 9 years of corporate law experience. You have experience advising on corporate transactions such as M&A, equity and debt financing. You have excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. You are practical, solutions-oriented and take a business-centric approach to risk. You have the ability to manage diverse workload and competing demands. You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
